Phillip Markoff, a 22 year old Boston University Medical student was arrested for the murder of a young New york women. Along with that charge he has also been convicted of an attempt of robbery at two downtown Boston hotels. The police say that Markoff has no previous criminal record, but now he has charges including murder, armed robbery, and kidnapping. Markoff answered a Craigslist ad for massage services, he met Julissa Brisman last Tuesday. He shot down Brisman and is also charged with robbing a second women. Markoff was due to wed Megan McAllister in the summer. She defends her fiancee, saying (and I quote) "Phillip is a beautiful person....he could not hurt a fly!"
